What do you know about Islam?

What do you feel when you see a home of a palestinian bridegroom is completely destroyed?

What do you feel when you or one of your friend is holding a gun toward a palestinian child?

Hi Ahmad,

It is a pleasure to meet you. I must be honest I know very little about Islam, except for a few things. I know that you believe in the same G-d that the Jews do, I know that you have many pillars, like giving Dawa and making a Hajj to Mecca. I also know that on the month of Ramadan, you do not eat during the day and that at the end of the month you have a festival called Eid. I know that you also pray five times a day toward Mecca. Lastly, I know that like Judaism and Israel, Islam and Muslims are often misunderstood by the outside.

Second, I can tell you that it saddens me when any one loses their home, whether it be a Jew or Arab.

Lastly, I don’t know anyone who has pointed a gun at a Palestinian child. I have two famous pictures of that on the internet that anti-Israel sites use as propaganda against us, but I can tell you that my friends are normal people just like you- we don’t just wake up every day and point guns at children.

How are things in Jordan? Our whole neighborhood is going through many changes. I hope it will end peacefully with freedom for everyone.
