I am from New Jersey, and my favorite subject in school is history.
Are you happy with what you do in the army?
What do you mean when you say you are working in the demolitions platoon of an infantry unit? What do you exactly do there?
What is your favorite weapon to use in the army?
I was very happy with what I did in the army, I had great friends, and I got to see and do interesting things. It was, sometimes, very hard (which made me a little less happy) but overall it was an amazing part of my life.
When I say I was in a demolitions platoon, that means that we were regular soldiers, doing patrols, arrests and guard duty, but we also specialized in explosives. This means that my platoon trained to blow things up in wars, like bridges or communications towers. It’s sounds much more exciting than it was, thankfully I never had to blow anything up!
I didn’t really have a favorite weapon to use, as there’s never anything good about having to use your weapon, but I did have some favorite gadgets. I always loved using night vision, it made me feel like I was in a movie, and we had some pretty cool radio controlled stuff that I can’t really talk about!
Anyway, thanks again for your questions, and keep studying hard, history was one of my favorite subjects in school as well!
